Dura-Ace Brake Set Levers BL-7402 and Calipers BR-7402. Levers are working good, the rubbers need change maybe since the are a bit old also they have some scratches the rest is fine.
The calipers are also in good condition but just keep in mind one of the cable guide washer is campagnolo not the original shimano dura ace one and also it doesnt have the sitting rubber on the guide hole you can also check the pictures to understand more the condition.
